Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Currixa. By signing in, you agree to them on behalf of your institute.

The service

Currixa lets institutes enter scores, generate academic reports, communicate with parents, and verify reports before they are sent. We may improve or change features over time. During the pilot period the service is provided on an “as is” basis.

Accounts & access

Access is by invitation from your institute’s administrator. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google sign-in secure. Roles (admin, teacher, academic head) determine what you can do.

Your data

Your institute owns its data. You grant Currixa permission to process it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to upload student and parent information and for using it lawfully.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security, and no uploading of content you have no right to use.

Reports & accuracy

Currixa assists with drafting comments and assembling reports, but the institute is responsible for reviewing and verifying every report before it is shared. Generated text should be checked by a teacher or academic head.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Currixa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
